RESEARCH TRIP TO BUCHAREST BIENNALE 3

22.05.2008 to 26.05.2008

RESEARCH TRIP TO BUCHAREST BIENNALE 3

BB3 invited students of the Post Conceptual Art Practices (PCAP) at The Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna to propose a parallel event as part of the Biennale.

The result is a book project with the title Are you talking to me? Discussions on knowledge production, gender politics and feminist strategies, edited by feminist group h.arta (Maria Crista, Anca Gyemant, Rodica Tache) from Romania and Katharina Morawek (PCAP student). After an intensive editorial process the book presents PCAP students positions on questions of knowledge, EU and feminism. These positions are presented together with invited international writers and artists. The book is published by Löcker Verlag, Vienna, and financially supported by The Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna/Post Conceptual Art Practices and BB3.
